your crew can install panels at a faster rate without requiring skilled labor to do the cutting.
Pre-cut Hips & Valleys
EnergyGuard™ Tapered Pre-Cut Hips (slope outward) and Valleys (slope inward) are transitions where slopes meet each other on a 45-degree angle. These panels are traditionally field-fabricated on the jobsite and create 50% waste per hip or valley. Hips and Valleys arrive pre-cut, assembled, and ready to install, minimizing excess material waste. These hips and valleys can help save time, labor, and waste on installation.

Pre-cut Sumps
EnergyGuard™ Tapered Pre-Cut Sump is a 4′ x 4′ tapered accessory that drives water to the lowest point of slope on the roof, at the drain, in a 4-way design. Tapered sumps are commonly field-fabricated, which requires skilled labor and may result in a lot of waste. Pre-Cut Sumps arrive assembled with circle guide marks in the center to assist in cutting the hole for the drain. These
sumps save time, labor, and waste on installation.
