Sarah Brown – Business Development & Strategy
We’re excited to welcome Sarah Brown to Congress Associates as our new leader in Business Development and Strategy.
With over 25 years of experience driving strategic growth across dynamic, results-oriented environments, Sarah brings a thoughtful, data-informed approach to innovation and execution. Her track record of translating complex ideas into meaningful business outcomes makes her a strong fit to help guide our organization into its next phase of growth.
Sarah most recently served as Vice President of Technology Strategy and Planning at Fidelity Investments, where she helped shape enterprise-wide technology direction and led transformative initiatives across large, cross-functional teams. From driving critical business outcomes to aligning strategy with long-term goals, she has built a career on creating impact at scale.
